These are provided to ensure that both parties are aware of and agree to this agreement to protect each other and set expectations about our service.

We try to keep an accurate stock count on our website, but from time to time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all of your items at the time of purchase. In this case, we will send you the available products and we will contact you to ask if you prefer to wait for the backordered item to be restocked or if you would prefer us to process a refund.

3. Returns
3.1 Refund due to change of mind
NUPEVE will gladly accept returns for change of mind provided that the return request is received by us within 30 days of receipt of the item and it is returned to us in its original packaging, unused and in resalable condition.
Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, who must be responsible for organizing their own shipping.
Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed as store credit toward a future purchase. We will notify you once this is complete via email.
(NUPEVE will refund the value of the returned products but will NOT refund the value of shipping costs.
3.2 Returns under warranty
NUPEVE will gladly address any valid warranty claim, provided the claim is made within 90 days of receipt of the items.
Customers will be required to prepay return shipping costs, however, we will refund them if the warranty claim is accepted.
Once the warranty items are received, NUPEVE will process your claim within 7 days.
Once your warranty claim is confirmed, you can choose between:
(a) refund to your payment method
(b) a refund in store credit
(c) sending a replacement item (if stock is available)
4. Delivery conditions
4.1 National transit time
Generally, domestic shipments are in transit for 24 to 48 hours.
4.2 International transit time
Generally, orders shipped internationally take between 4 and 22 days in transit. This varies greatly depending on the courier service you have selected. We can offer you a more specific estimate when you choose your courier service at checkout.
4.3 Change of delivery address
For delivery address change requests, we may change the address at any time before the order has been shipped.
4.4 Shipping to PO boxes
NUPEVE will make shipments to post office boxes using postal services only. We cannot offer courier services to these addresses.
4.5 Shipping to military addresses
We can ship to military addresses using USPS. We cannot offer this service using courier services.
4.6 Out of stock items
If an item is out of stock, we will wait for it to be available before shipping your order. Existing items in the order will be reserved while we wait for this item.
4.7 Delivery deadline exceeded
If the delivery time has exceeded the expected time, please contact us so we can investigate.
5. Tracking notifications
Upon shipment, customers will receive a tracking link from which they can follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.
6. Packages damaged in transit
If you find a damaged package in transit, if possible, please refuse the package from the carrier and contact our customer service. If the package has been delivered without you being present, contact customer service for further steps.
7. Taxes and fees

Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the products as they appear on the website.
7.2 Import duties and taxes
Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be payable upon arrival in the destination country. This varies by country, and NUPEVE encourages you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us.
If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival in your destination country, the products will be returned to NUPEVE at the customer's expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of the products paid, less the cost of return shipping. The initial shipping cost will not be refunded.
